Ingredients:
2 slices turkey bacon
2 slices multigrain bread
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced
Instructions:
1. In a medium skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crisp, then drain on a paper towel.
2. Spread the bread with the mayonnaise, then cover 1 slice with the cheddar cheese and the turkey bacon. Top with the apple slices and the other bread slice. Slice diagonally.Place in a sandwich bag or foil and store in refrigerator until packing the lunchbox.
