Limited Lifetime Warranty This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship of the California Innovations Product for as long as the original owner owns the Product. Wear and/or color fading over time do not constitute product defects. Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, alteration, accident and/or use beyond the Product’s intended purpose is not covered. This warranty does not cover items stored or carried in the Product. This warranty is valid for the original owner and is not transferable. NO INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE RECOVERABLE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVE YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. We will replace Product we determine to be defective provided you follow our Product return directions. We stand behind our products. Our quality control team follows a specific testing protocol in order to ensure that the products we sell are top quality. However, rarely a product may slip through that is defective. In the event that your product is defective, we will replace it free of charge under our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
